Personal Assistant Startup Hulp Raises ₹25 Crore in Seed Round to Build AI-Powered Everyday Assistants

Personal assistance and concierge platform Hulp has raised $2.6 million (approximately ₹25 crore) in a seed funding round co-led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures. The round also saw participation from DeVC (Z47) and angel investors, including PB Fintech co-founder and chairman Yashish Dahiya.

The Bengaluru-based startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its AI workflows across lifestyle, household, and operational management, strengthen its senior leadership team, and further develop its technology and product capabilities.

Founded in April 2026 by Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal, and Vishal Singh Khutel, Hulp operates a personal assistance and concierge platform designed for urban households. The service allows users to delegate a wide range of daily, weekly, monthly, and one-time tasks across more than 15 categories. Dedicated personal assistants handle the requests, supported by AI-coordinated operations that aim to streamline execution and improve reliability.

In a market where time-strapped urban professionals increasingly seek help with everyday responsibilities—from household management and errands to lifestyle coordination—Hulp is positioning itself as a technology-enabled layer between users and task fulfilment. By combining human assistants with AI-driven coordination, the company aims to deliver consistency and scale that pure manual concierge services often struggle to achieve.

The seed funding marks an early but significant validation for the young startup. Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures co-leading the round signals investor interest in platforms that blend human service with artificial intelligence to address practical, high-frequency needs in urban living. Participation from DeVC and seasoned operators such as Yashish Dahiya further strengthens the investor group.

Hulp’s model sits at the intersection of the growing demand for convenience services and the rapid advancement of AI tools that can orchestrate complex, multi-step tasks. As more households look for reliable ways to outsource routine and occasional responsibilities, platforms that can deliver both personalisation and operational efficiency stand to gain traction.

With the new capital, Hulp intends to deepen its AI capabilities, expand the range and quality of services it can coordinate, and build out the leadership required to support growth. The company is still in its early months of operation, but the funding provides a clear runway to refine its product, scale its assistant network, and strengthen the technology that underpins task coordination.

As India’s urban centres continue to expand and dual-income households seek better work-life balance, the market for personal assistance and lifestyle management services is expected to grow. Hulp’s bet is that combining dedicated human support with AI-powered workflows can create a differentiated and scalable offering in this space.

The seed round positions the startup to move from early product development into broader market expansion while continuing to invest in the AI systems that form the backbone of its service delivery.
