RURT 344 Organises “Gyan Ki Baat – Aahaar Se Vichar Tak”

Raipur United Round Table 344 (RURT 344) organised a meaningful and enriching wellness session titled “Gyan Ki Baat – Aahaar Se Vichar Tak”, as part of its ongoing fitness and wellness initiatives.
The session focused on mindful eating, nutrition, healthier food choices and the deeper connection between our food, thoughts and overall well-being.
The insightful session was conducted by Nilesh Isswani of Neel Yog, who shared valuable and practical insights on nutrition, mindful eating and developing a conscious approach towards everyday food choices. He highlighted that true wellness is not limited to physical activity, but also involves understanding what we eat, how we eat and how our daily choices influence our energy, thoughts and lifestyle.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from the members of the RURT 344 family, creating an atmosphere of learning, interaction and togetherness. The initiative encouraged everyone to look at health from a holistic perspective and to make simple yet meaningful changes in their everyday lifestyle.
The Fitness initiatives of RURT 344 are being spearheaded by Fitness Convenors LMFTR Prashant Baradia & LMFTR Akshit Tayal whose continued efforts are encouraging members to make fitness, wellness and healthy living an integral part of their daily lives.
The RURT 344 family expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Nilesh Isswani (Neel Yog) for sharing his knowledge and making the session insightful, engaging and meaningful.
The event concluded with a renewed commitment towards mindful living, healthier choices and holistic wellness, reinforcing the spirit of learning, togetherness and community that defines RURT 344.

Raipur United Round Table 344 Takes Oral Health Awareness to Children at Jarodha School
Raipur, September 28, 2026: In a meaningful step towards promoting preventive healthcare among children, Raipur United Round Table 344 organised an Oral Health Check-up Camp at Government Primary School, Jarodha, as part of a National Activity of Round Table India.
The initiative focused on bringing oral health awareness and preventive dental care directly to school children, while encouraging them to develop healthy habits and understand the importance of regular dental check-ups from an early age.
A total of 140 children were examined during the camp, with 63 children identified as requiring further dental attention. While some children were found to require minor fillings, a few were identified as needing additional dental treatment.
Importantly, the initiative does not end with the screening. Raipur United Round Table 344 will facilitate the required follow-up treatment for the identified children, with the consent and permission of their parents. This approach aims to ensure that the camp translates into meaningful and continued healthcare support rather than being limited to a one-day check-up.
The camp was conducted by Dr. Rainy Deshlahra, who dedicated her time, expertise and effort towards the initiative. Through the check-ups and interaction with the children, she also helped create greater awareness about oral hygiene, preventive care and the importance of maintaining healthy dental habits.
The initiative was coordinated by Community Service Conveners LMF Tr. Sumit Kukkreja and LMF Tr. Pratik Poptani, as part of Raipur United Round Table 344’s continued commitment towards impactful community service.
As a National Activity of Round Table India, the initiative reflects the organisation’s larger objective of taking meaningful healthcare and awareness initiatives to communities and creating an impact that extends beyond a single event.
For the children of Government Primary School, Jarodha, the camp was more than a routine dental screening. It opened the door to greater awareness, early identification of dental concerns and, where required, access to further treatment.
Raipur United Round Table 344 continues to believe that meaningful change begins at the grassroots—and that every healthier smile is a step towards a healthier community.
