YourStory appoints Adith Charlie as Managing Editor; to lead The CapTable too
Bengaluru, India – August 11, 2026: YourStory Media today announced the appointment of Adith Charlie as Managing Editor, strengthening its editorial leadership as the company enters its next phase of growth.
In his new role, Adith will oversee newsroom operations and work closely with YourStory’s editorial teams to sharpen daily coverage, discover emerging startups earlier and deepen high-impact, original reporting. He will also lead The CapTable, YourStory’s premium subscription platform focused on deeply reported news and analysis of India’s new economy.
Across YourStory’s editorial properties, Adith will also drive the integration of data and AI into newsroom workflows and storytelling.
Adith brings over 18 years of experience across digital newsrooms, digital publishing and media leadership. Most recently, he was Head of Digital Content at Asianet News Network, overseeing an eight-language digital news operation and a team of more than 170 people. Previously, as Managing Editor of LinkedIn News in India, he helped build the platform’s editorial presence in the country. He also served as India Editor at Amazon, leading Amazon’s brand journalism outpost. Adith began his career as a business journalist with Hindu Business Line and has had editorial stints at CNBC-TV18 and VCCircle too.
