4Square Estates Targets 10 Million Sq Ft Development Pipeline in FY 2026–27

Bengaluru: Bengaluru-based real estate developer 4Square Estates has outlined plans to expand its development pipeline as it continues to explore residential opportunities across the city.

The company, led by Directors Dhanush T and Sunil Chowdary.C , are currently focusing on residential developments in North Bengaluru , one of the fastest-growing real estate corridors in the city.

The company has previously completed White Petals , a residential development in Rajarajeshwari Nagar & PRIDE in Bannerghatta Road with a development potential of 2.5 lakh square feet .

“Our vision is to create projects that combine strong location advantages with efficient planning and thoughtful design. Bengaluru continues to offer immense opportunities for quality residential development,” said Dhanush T, Director, 4Square Estates .

The developer has signed two new residential projects in Jakkur and Vidyaranyapura , which together will deliver over 5 lakh square feet of saleable area .

The Jakkur project , spread across 6 acres in 2 phases , carries an estimated revenue potential of ₹400 crore , while the Vidyaranyapura project is expected to generate around ₹200 crore .

In addition, the group’s sister concern Surya Developers has acquired 1.15 lakh square feet of land in Rajarajeshwari Nagar for a premium residential development with a built-up potential of 4.5 lakh square feet .

“Over the next few years we plan to significantly expand our development footprint and are targeting development signings of nearly 10 million square feet during FY 2026–27,” said Sunil Chowdary, Director, 4Square Estates .
