The company said the platform helps brands reduce failed deliveries by up to 20% while lowering customer order tracking queries by nearly 40% through automated shipment communication and proactive delivery management.
The launch comes at a time when delivery experience is emerging as a key consumer pain point in India’s fast-growing e-commerce market. Many online shoppers continue to deal with unclear delivery timelines, delayed updates, and orders being returned before reaching their doorstep.
Kwik Ship uses AI and data from more than 200 million shopper interactions to identify high-risk orders before dispatch and assign shipments to carriers with stronger delivery performance in specific regions.
For consumers, the platform offers automated WhatsApp updates and AI-powered calls related to shipment status. In cases of delayed or failed deliveries, the system automatically triggers reminders, follow-ups, and carrier escalations before issues turn into customer complaints.
The platform also displays estimated delivery timelines during checkout, helping customers make more informed purchase decisions and reducing cancellations caused by unrealistic delivery expectations.
“Shipping is no longer just a backend operation. It directly shapes customer trust and brand experience,” said Chirag Taneja. “Consumers today expect visibility, reliability, and faster resolutions when something goes wrong with their orders.”
According to the company, brands using the platform have also reported savings of more than 50 operational hours per month through automation of shipping workflows and delivery issue management.
Kwik Ship additionally includes reverse logistics management for returns and exchanges, along with analytics and customer engagement tools integrated into tracking pages.
The company said the platform integrates with more than 50 e-commerce and logistics systems, including Shopify, WooCommerce, warehouse management software, and shipping carriers.
Founded in 2020, GoKwik works with more than 15,000 D2C brands across India.
