Who Invested in Credfix?

What Will Credfix Do With the Funding?

Credfix says it will use the money for three things:

  1. Product development

  2. Stronger AI capabilities

  3. Expanding its borrower support network across India

What Does Credfix Do?

Credfix is an AI-first platform for borrowers who are under repayment stress.

Currently, they have 3 AI-led solutions:

Risi: AI financial assistant

Risi helps users understand their debt and explore possible ways to resolve it.

Neytra: AI call shield

Neytra helps borrowers manage recovery-related calls. According to Credfix, it also keeps a record of calls, which can support a complaint.

AI legal assistant

The legal assistant helps users read legal notices, prepare draft replies for their own review and identify possible next steps.

How Many Borrowers Does Credfix Serve?

Credfix says it serves more than 2 lakh borrowers with over ₹4,000 crore in combined outstanding debt, and that about 40% of its users are in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Why Is Debt Resolution Growing in India?

More first-time borrowers are entering formal credit, and some struggle to repay. Credfix cites two figures: Gen Z makes up 41% of new-to-credit borrowers in India, and more than one in four digital borrowers under 30 were behind on personal loans under ₹50,000 by late 2025.
