What Does RevRag AI Do?
RevRag AI creates multilingual AI agents that work inside the apps of banks, lenders, fintechs, and insurtech companies. These agents act as in-app virtual relationship managers.
They guide users through onboarding, explain products in simple language, recommend next steps, and complete actions, all without leaving the app.
In simpler terms, they will help you fill out forms, open accounts, and pass security checks (like KYC without getting stuck.
The goal is to reduce drop-offs, especially among users who struggle with financial terms or English-heavy interfaces.
The company says its agents can cut costs by up to 70% compared with traditional support channels while also helping drive revenue through better conversions and cross-sells.
Key Customers and Traction
RevRag AI currently works with more than 45 financial institutions in India. Clients include PhonePe, Razorpay, Bajaj Finance, Motilal Oswal, IIFL, Aditya Birla Capital, DCB Bank, Moneyview, Jar, Kissht, and Easebuzz.
The company reports assisting over 10 million users with a high resolution rate. In 2025, it also acquired GenStaq.ai to strengthen its enterprise AI agent capabilities.
Founders and Background
RevRag AI was founded by Ashutosh Singh (CEO), Neeraj Gupta (CPO), and Pankaj Gupta (CTO). The three have deep experience in BFSI and product building for large user bases.
The company started with a savings-focused fintech idea before pivoting to a B2B SaaS model focused on AI agents for financial institutions.
How the Funds Will Be Used
Accelerate product development (including plans for a no-code flow builder)
Expand deployments with existing and new enterprise clients in India
Enter the US market
Build future capabilities such as AI-led cross-selling, real-time risk scoring, and automated claims handling
RevRag AI has set a target of $50 million in annual recurring revenue by FY28.
Investor Perspective
Rahil Rangwala, Managing Partner at Accion Ventures, said the firm sees RevRag’s in-app AI agents as a way to make financial services more accessible for users with limited digital and financial literacy by earning their trust.
Ashutosh Singh, CEO of RevRag AI, noted: “A good relationship manager knows you, tells you what to do next, and handles it for you. Very few customers ever get one. We think every financial app should work that way.”
India’s digital finance apps reach millions of users every month, yet many abandon onboarding or struggle to understand products. AI agents that live inside the app and behave like personal relationship managers address this gap at scale and lower cost. The funding positions RevRag AI to deepen its presence in India and test the same model in the US BFSI market.
