Tushar began working straight out of school, learning the realities of manufacturing from the ground up. Over the last 18+ years, he has worked across production, supply chain, quality, compliance, and customer delivery gaining a deep, hands-on understanding of how electronics manufacturing truly works.
One of the most defining chapters of Tushar’s journey was setting up a mobile phone manufacturing unit independently. Starting from scratch, he built operations, teams, and systems that went on to serve established brands in the Indian market through OEM partnerships.
That experience reinforced a simple truth: trust in manufacturing is earned slowly, through consistency and quality, not promises.
