While most brands were focused on selling fragrances, Bitamin chose to question what really goes into those products. Because what you apply on your body daily shouldn’t silently harm you. That thought became the foundation of Bitamin a brand built not to follow the market, but to challenge it.
With just ₹6 lakhs, the journey of Bitamin began with a clear intent to create safer alternatives for everyday use. It wasn’t about entering a crowded market; it was about changing how that market thinks and operates.
Behind this idea is Karthik Paladugu, someone whose journey didn’t begin in boardrooms but in real, ground-level roles. He started his career as a freelancer and administrative assistant, where he learned how to understand people, support customers, and handle real-world situations. Over time, he moved into tech, growing as a developer while completing his Master’s in Information Technology a journey built on consistency, curiosity, and continuous learning.
But building Bitamin was far from easy. What looks simple today took time, patience, and belief. It took 15 iterations and nearly a year to develop products they could confidently stand behind. Every version brought new learnings, and every challenge pushed them to refine further. Because when you’re building something people use every day, compromising on safety is never an option.

From natural deodorants to India’s first deodorant for teens, along with body oils and natural body washes, every product carries one clear purpose: to offer a safer alternative for everyday use.
Because in the end, it’s not just about smelling good. It’s about feeling safe in what you use every single day.
